Independent QC Inspection Stages

1. Raw Material 4-Point Inspection

Fabric rolls are audited for weave defects, GSM tolerance, and shade band matching on 4-Point System machines.

2. Daily Inline Sewing Audit

Inspectors monitor SPI (Stitches Per Inch), seam tension, pocket alignment, and sewing line SAM performance.

3. AQL 2.5 Final Random Inspection (FRI)

ISO 2859-1 carton sampling prior to container stuffing. Checking major/minor defects, measurements, and pull tests.
